Partizan Belgrade turned down a proposal for Westermann from CSKA
CSKA Moscow tried to sign Westermann before the Top 16
The powerfull Serbian agent Misko Raznatovic said on a Serbian Television that CSKA Moscow tried to sign Leo Westermann from Partizan Belgrade before the Euroleague Top 16.
The Serbian powerhouse turned down the proposal of CSKA Moscow.
Westermann signed a multi-year deal with Partizan Belgrade last summer.
