Union Olimpija Ljubljana confirms Aron Baynes is staying

With an official press release, Union Olimpija Ljubljana confirmed that Aron Baynes is staying for the season.

"The club weighted all the options and decided that, for the moment, Baynes is too important for use and we cannot continue the season without him to reach all our goals. We are pleased that other teams are interested in Baynes. We talked with the player and we believe that this is the right decision. Of course, if someone will make us an crazy offer, we might think in another direction" said the director Matevz Zupancic.

"I am happy that I am drawing interest from other team. This is a dream of any player. But at the moment Ljubljana is giving me everything I want. With the management of the club we discussed all the options and there is no secret on that. My job is to play every game at my best" said Baynes.
