Matjaz Smodis is back as a player, signed with Krka Novo Mesto

Matjaz Smodis during a press conference announced his return as a player to Krka Novo Mesto. The team in which he started his career in 1994-1995.

Smodis announced his retirement at the the end of the season 2011-12 due to his numerous injuries.
Last season the former captain of CSKA Moscow has played with Cedevita Zagreb. 

Smodis will return from January and at the end of the season he will be the new sports director of the Slovenian team.
