Dwight Hardy was close to Cibona

Dwight Hardy, the MVP in Italian Legadue in his rookie season, was close to penning a deal with Cibona Zagreb but the deal failed in the last hours, as reported to Sportando by his agent.
Hardy spent the season with Pistoia averaging 22.1ppg, 3.1rpg and 2.2apg in 41 games in Legadue with Pistoia who reached the playoff finals.
"The deal with Cibona was almost done but in the last hours we failed to finalize the agreement" said his agent to Sportando. "Hardy is again on the market" added his agent for Italy, Massimo Iacopini.
