Less than a week after winning their second Serbian League title in a row, Partizan mt:s Belgrade and head coach Vlada Jovanovic announced that they are parting ways after two seasons together. Jovanovic replaced long-time Partizan boss Dusko Vujosevic, who had been the Alexander Gomelskiy Coach of the Year in the previous Turkish Airlines Euroleague season. During his two seasons with Partizan, Jovanovic won the Adriatic League once and both domestic trophies, the Serbian League and Serbian Radivoj Korac Cup, twice each. In the Euroleague, Jovanovic was led Partizan into the Top 16 in 2010-11, but last season Partizan finished fifth in regular season Group C with 4-6 record, missing the second round.
