Partizan Belgrade officially announces the return of Nikola Pekovic to Serbia till the end of the NBA lockout. The big man from Montenegro returns to the Serbian powerhouse after three years. He spent two seasons in Greece with Panathinaikos (he won an Euroleague with the team from Athens) and one in NBA with Minnesota Timberwolves.
With Wolves Pekovic averaged 5.5ppg and 3rpg in 65 games played as rookie in the NBA.
