Partizan Belgrade in early stage of negotiations with Nikola Pekovic

According to sources close to the situation, Partizan Belgrade is in the early stages of contract negotiations with the agent of Nikola Pekovic to bring the center from Montenegro back to Serbia until NBA lockout ends.
Pekovic spent last season overseas with Minnesota Timberwolves averaging 5.5ppg and 3rpg in 55 games played. The center has played with Partizan Belgrade before moving for a couple of years to Panathinaikos with whom he won Euroleague title.
