Dalibor Bagaric opened an Arbitration Proceedings against Cibona

Dalibor Bagaric asked to his lawyer to open an Arbitration Proceedings against KK Cibona which has paid just one out of his ten salaries.

"Cibona would have paid to me 10 salarie but the team has paid just one" said Bagaric. "They have to pay me 9 stipends".


"The club has not offered to us any solution" said his lawyer Mladen Prka. "So we opened the Arbitration Proceedings at FIBA".

"I understand the circumstancies and the difficult moment Cibona is living. But anyone forced the team to sign with me such contract" finished the big man.
