Hemofarm extends Milos Borisov
Il giocatore firma un annuale
Hemofarm Stada has reached a new agreement with small forward Milos Borisov to extend his contract until the end of the 2011-12 season, the club announced Wednesday. As such, Borisov (201, 25) stays in his lifelong club, as he joined Hemofarm back in 2000 and was promoted to the team's first roster before the start of the 2004-05 season. Borisov helped Hemofarm to win the Adriatic League in 2005, reach the final in 2008 and make it to the semifinals four other times. He also went all the way to the Eurocup semifinals with Hemofarm in 2005, 2006 and 2009. Borisov is also a regular member of the Montenegrin national team and is expected to take part in the EuroBasket 2011 qualifying rounds this summer. "I am pleased to stay in Hemofarm. I have spent a full decade in Vrsac and it has been a positive experience for me. This is an established club, with high ambitions," Borisov said right after the agreement. "I hope that we will be able to survive the Euroleague Qualifying rounds and, all together, take another historical step forwards."
