Brandon Jefferson signs with Olimpija Ljubljana
He signed a one-year deal
Brandon Jefferson, who was a member of German Bundesliga side Phoenix Hagen last season, is the new point guard of Union Olimpija.
Union Olimpija made a one-year deal on cooperation with American point guard Brandon Jefferson, who used to play in German Bundesliga in the 2015/16 season for the Phoenix Hagen squad. Jefferson averaged 13.5 points and 2.9 rebounds, while dishing out 4 assists in the Bundesliga last season. He graduated at Metro State University and headed to Europe after the end of 2013/14 season. In 2014/15 season he was a member of Finnish squad KTP Basket Kotka in the EuroChallenge Cup.
He will replace the British point guard Justin Robinson, who left the club several days ago.
