Is Red Star targeting Lior Eliyahu?

Lior Eliyahu could move to Serbia according to David Pick; it seems that Red Star could sign him. Eliyahu left Maccabi Tel Aviv after a useless negotiation on the contract, that Maccabi wanted to cut from 800.000 to 500.000 $ per year. Afterwards there was another talk between him and Nikola Vujcic about a possibility for him to return with Maccabi, but no progress seems to have been done this time too.
Timberwolves have his NBA rights to him.
