The teams of Tracy McGrady, Gilbert Arenas and DJ White lost their chance to make the CBA Playoffs.
McGrady's team, Qingdao, won just 7 games out of 26 with six games left to the end of the regular season.
DJ White and Areans's team, Shanghai, won 8 games out of 27 with 5 games remaining.
