JR Smith and Wilson Chandler to be released when lockout ends?

According to Marc Stein, JR Smith and Wilson Chandler, who signed in China for the season, could be released by their clubs when lockout ends despite CBA doesn't allow contracts with NBA out.
Stein also reports that Xinjiang, the team where Kenyon Martin signed, wants to keep former Denver Nuggets for the entire season, as per contract.
From China, Guangdong is still interested in Rodney Stuckey even if Detroit Pistons player held off last week in case of lockout ended.
