CBA will not allow to sign player with NBA out
La federazione cinese vieta di firmare giocatori sotto contratto altrove
Few hours after the rumors on Internet about Kobe Bryant who signed a deal with a Chinese team, CBA announced a new rules for the coming season which will not allow clubs to sign player under contract with another team.
This news blocks any transfer from NBA to China regarding all the players in America who expressed their desire to spend some months in China during the NBA lockout.
