Carlos Powell heading to Iran

The future of Carlos Powell will be in Iran. The American forward confirmed via Twitter that on December 23rd will start the Iranian Superleague and that his visa has been cleared. It is still unknown in which team he is going to play.
Powell started last season in NBDL with Thunderbirds with whom he scored 22.1ppg, grabbed 5rpb and dished 5apg.
In March he moved to China where he recorded averages of 20.7ppg, 4.6rpg and 3.3apg with Liaoning Panpan Hunters in 7 games.
