Qingdao Double Star agreed to a three-year deal with Meng Lingyuan
The player goes to Tsingdao

What we reported yesterday wasn't only a rumor, because Qingdao Double Star Eagles agreed to a three-year deal to sign Chinese point-guard Meng Lingyuan.
The player has to break the contract with Shanghai Sharks, but this won't be a problem. Last season he averaged 6.9 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
