Center Rashaad Singleton has signed a contract in Qatar with Al Wakrah, according to sources. The player changed five teams in the last two years. His last experience has been in Lybia, where he played with Al Morog averaging 20.8 points, 17.4 rebounds and 4.2 blocks per game.
