Shanghai Sharks cut Delonte West

Delonte West is close to leave Shanghai Sharks after only four games played. Former Celtics' point guard struggled a lot in this experience with Shanghai, averaging only 12.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.

Head-coach Ma Yuenan decided to find another point guard able to help Michael Beasley and the team to turn the season after the disappointing 1-6 record in the first seven games.

Head-coach for Shanghai Ma Yuenan told press that "last season with Fujian West did a great season and honestly we did not expect such a drop in performance"
