Shanxi Zhongyu signed Chinese combo guard Luo Zhi. The player already made his debut with the new team in a friendly game against Jiangsu Tongxi.
Last season with Foshan Long Lions he averaged 11.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
