Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao to be a coach-player of Kia Sorentos

Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao will be be coach-player of PBA expansion team Kia Sorentos.

The Sorentos will play fellow expansion team Blackwater on opening day. Their game against Rain or Shine has not yet been scheduled.

Although he has had a successful career in boxing (winning a record 8 different divisions), Pacquiao has zero experience in professional basketball.

However, he frequently plays pick-up games in-between his fights to stay in shape.

Aside from Belga, other PBA players are also eager to show Pacquiao the difference between professional and amateur basketball.
