Shandong Flaming Bulls have finalized the deal with Taiwanese point-guard Chen Shih-Nian, according to Chinese media. The player comes from Jiangsu Tongxi, where in the last experience he averaged 7.6 points and 3 assists per game.
The team also confirmed Xu JiaHan, Li Lin and Wu Ke.
