Shandong Flaming Bulls are looking to players to improve defense, according to Chinese media. The team is in talks with Taiwanese point-guard Chen Shih-Nian. The player is inactive since 2013, when he played in NBL with Jiangsu Tongxi and averaged 7.6 points and 3 assists per game.
