Dongguan Leopards in advanced talks with Shavlik Randolph
The player could come back to Dongguan
After the new contract for Bobby Brown, the Dongguan Leopards are interested in completing the roster for next season. The team contected Shavlik Randolph for the second USA spot, Sohu reported, and there are many possibilities that agreement could be found in a short time, but there's a problem to solve before.
Last season Randolph played with Foshan Long Lions and left the team after only 7 games (19.1 points and 10.6 rebounds) due to injury, but Foshan didn't pay him until the end of the season. For this reason he sued Foshan to FIBA BAT Tribunal and needs to win the lawsuit before signing with another team.
Randolph played for the Phoenix Suns after the departure from Foshan. This one won't be the first experience with the Leopards because he spent 2011/2012 season with them, averaging 24.7 points and 11.9 rebounds per game.
