CBA Semifinals Game 2: Guangdong Southern Tigers-Beijing Ducks 99-96

Guangdong won 99-96 game 2 of the CBA semifinals against Beijing Ducks. Stephon Marbury has been fouled out with 80 seconds left in the game after a huge comeback of the Ducks who were trailing by 27.

 The Southern Tigers defense allowed just 36 points to the Ducks in the first half.

Guangdong had 22 points and 12 rebounds by Yi Jianlian, 21 points and 11 rebounds (and 8 turnovers) by Josh Powell, 13 by Zhu FangYu, 11 by Zhou Peng and Shipeng Wang. Royal Ivey scored only 6 points

For Beijing 27 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals for Stephon Marbury, 18 for Xuelin Lee and Sun Yue, 14 for Randolph Morris and 11 for Zhu Yan.

Guangond tied the series 1-1.
