Free-agent rookie Jalen McGaughy has signed his first professional contract with Iwate Big Bulls in Japan, a source told Sportando.
McGaughy, a 6-foot-10 player out of Dillard University, averaged 13 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 3.2 blocks per game in the 2016-17 season, earning NAIA All-American Honorable Mention honors. He shot 58% from the field and 49% from three-point range.
