Former NBA forward Andrew Nicholson signs with Guangdong Tigers
He will play his first season overseas after 5 years in the NBA
Former NBA first-round pick Andrew Nicholson has officially signed a contract in China with the Guangdong Tigers.
Selected at No. 19 overall by Orlando in 2012, Nicholson played four years with the Magic. He spent last season with the Washington Wizards and Brooklyn Nets. He was acquired by the Portland Trail Blazers in exchange for Allen Crabbe in July and was waived right away.
