Ex-NBA big man DeJuan Blair signs with San Lorenzo de Almagro
The NBA veteran spent last season in the G League and China
Former NBA big man DeJuan Blair has signed a contract with San Lorenzo de Almagro of the Argentine first division, the team announced.
Blair, a 28-year-old forward/center out of Pittsburgh, was selected with the No. 37 overall pick by the San Antonio Spurs in 2009 and played seven years in the NBA with San Antonio, Washington and Dallas, averaging 6.8 points and 5.1 rebounds in 16.6 minutes per game.
The 6-foot-7, 270-pound big man spent last season in China with Jiangsu and in the NBA G League with the Los Angeles D-Fenders (now South Bay Lakers) and the Texas Legends.
