Free-agent swingman J.J. Moore has reached an agreement on a deal with Comunicaciones de Mercedes in Argentina, a source told Sportando.
Moore, who spent his college career at Pittsburgh and Rutgers, played his first two professional seasons in Mexico.
Last year, he got drafted by the Long Island Nets after an open tryout and stood out as one of the more positive surprises of the G League season, averaging 14.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.
After finishing the G League season with the Nets, Moore joined Maccabi Rishon LeZion and played 15 games in the Israeli Winner League, averaging 6.9 points and 1.6 rebounds over 13.9 minutes.
