Je'Kel Foster signs with Libolo in Angola

He finished last season with Manresa

Veteran guard Je'Kel Foster has signed a deal in Angola with Libolo, his agency announced. Foster started last season with Guaros de Lara and then finished it in Spain with Manresa.
