Secondo quanto riportato da Adrian Wojnarowski, la NBA durante l'inchiesta sulle molestie avvenute in casa dei Dallas Mavericks ha trovato ben 15 impiegate o ex impiegate che hanno denunciato maltrattamenti fisici o verbali da parte dell'ex CEO Terdema Ussery. Mark Cuban ha accettato di donare 10 milioni di dollari ad associazioni che lottano contro la violenza domestica e che promuovono la presenza della donna anche in ruoli importanti.

The NBA's report says that claims were substantiated by 15 current and former employees regarding inappropriate comments and touching by former Dallas Mavericks President and CEO Terdema Ussery.
