Dopo il titolo vinto con la maglia dell'Hapoel Gerusalemme, Amar'e Stoudemire, ex all-star NBA, ha annunciato ufficialmente il suo ritiro dal basket. Stoudemire, però, non lascerà il suo posto da azionista della società di Gerusalemme, come ha annunciato con un post su Instagram.
L'Hapoel ha raggiunto anche le semifinali di Eurocup in questa stagione, dove Stoudemire ha viaggiato ad una media di 12.8 punti e 6.6 rimbalzi a partita.
