La NBA ha scelto i tre quintetti migliori della stagione. Nell'All-NBA first team figurano l'MVP della stagione, LeBron James, il miglior marcatore, Kevin Durant, il miglior difensore, Dwight Howard, ed altre due stelle di livello assoluto:  Kobe Bryant e Dwyane Wade.

Nell'All-NBA Second team invece fanno parte Carmelo Anthony, Dirk Nowitzki, Amare Stoudemire, Steve Nash e Deron Williams.

Nell'ultimo quintetto scelto ci sono Tim Duncan, Pau Gasol, Andrew Bogut, Joe Johnson e Brandon Roy.
