Woodson smentisce i rumors su Shumpert

Anche Anthony ha caldeggiato la conferma del compagno.

Woodson smentisce categoricamente ogni trattativa riguardante Imam Shumpert, il secondo anno da Georgia Tech noto specialmente per le sue qualita difensive. L'head coach dei Knicks ha parole di elogio per il suo atleta:' Imam è parte integrante della squadra e adoro il suo modo di giocare. Sfortunatamente ha avuto quel brutto infortunio dopo una grande stagione da rookie. Come coach il mio lavoro è di dargli fiducia e riportarlo pian piano al 100%, ancora non ci siamo ma ci arriveremo.' In precedenza anche Carmelo Anthony si era epresso a favore di Shumpert.

    l'ho letto da Espn.....poi lo sanno loro che fare, io mi auguro che lo tengano, lo adoro dal college, anche se con lui e Favors Georgia Tech non andò così bene, ma il talento e la faccia tosta erano già evidenti...incrocio le dita...

    Anche se li ultime prestazioni di iman non state molto buone non si può scaricare così un ragazzo giovane con delle prospettive da ottimo giocatore e soprattutto difensore...purtroppo non si può aspettarsi chissà cosa da iman dopo un infortunio del genere..... Serve un po' di tempo per rientrare al 100% e vedere lo shumpert dell'anno scorso.... io voglio e spero che rimanga ai Knicks!!! Work hard play hard!!!
