Virtus Pallacanestro comunica l'ingaggio del giocatore Chris Douglas-Roberts. Chris Douglas-Roberts, ala di 201 cm per 95 kg, è nato l'8 gennaio 1987 a Detroit. Considerato uno dei migliori prospetti della High School, ha giocato la Lega Universitaria americana (la NCAA) per i Memphis Tigers collezionando 17 punti e 4 rimbalzi in 28 minuti di media a partita. Scelto al secondo giro del draft NBA 2008, ha disputato le ultime tre stagioni prima ai New Jersey Nets e poi ai Milwaukee Bucks, rimanendo in campo 21 minuti di media nelle 155 partite giocate.

    Se è quello visto ieri sera al Mandela Forum contro la Montepaschi duro fatica a credere che giocava nell'NBA... anche se 20 minuti di media nel campionato più bello del mondo non si negano a nessuno!

    Ok, è un buonissimo giocatore, ma per rendere Roma una squadra all'altezza di Siena e Milano dovrebbero prendere Kobe quindi piano con i voli pindarici. ^^ Comunque è un giocatore interessante che in Italia può dire decisamente la sua, brava Roma.
