Casale, Ricky Hickman esercita l'opzione ed esce dal contratto

Junior Casale comunica che Ricky Hickman ha esercitato l'opzione di uscita dal contratto per la prossima stagione. Questo il messaggio che Ricky ha mandato alla società e ai tifosi. "I want to first start this letter by saying thank you to the whole town, fans and organization of Casale. I feel that the championship we won wasn't just won with the 12 players playing on the court. I feel that everybody played a big part in us winning so I am happy that everybody is excited and feels good about Casale moving to serie A because you deserve it. For me personally I am very emotional right now because i had to make a very tough decision for me and my family that unfortunately is going to take me away from Casale next season. One of the hardest decisions I had to make in my life. My time spent here in Casale I will cherish for the rest of my life. Not many times you get a chance to win a championship in a players career so I feel that we will forever be linked together. I have to give a big thank you to my teammates for being great and making this year special I enjoyed every minute with you guys and I'm going to miss our times together. And as for coach Crespi I don't have the words to thank you for how much I appericate everything you have done for me on and off the court. You taught me lessons that I will keep forever until the end of my career. Everyone from our trainers, media, coaches, anyone thats played a part in helping casale this year I want to thank you also from my heart. Everyone has been so great to me I will never forget my experience in Casale thanks everyone for your support". "Voglio iniziare questa lettera dicendo grazie a tutta la città, ai tifosi e alla società. Il campionato non è stato vinto soltanto dai dodici giocatori del roster. Sento che tutti hanno giocato un ruolo importante quindi sono felice che tutti siano entusiasti per la promozione in Seria A, tutta Casale se lo merita. Sono molto provato in questo momento, perché ho dovuto prendere una decisione molto difficile per me e la mia famiglia che purtroppo mi porterà lontano da Casale la prossima stagione. Una delle decisioni più difficili che ho dovuto prendere nella mia vita. Custodirò la mia esperienza a Casale per il resto della mia vita. Nella carriera di un giocatore non è così frequente vincere un campionato, per questo sento che saremo sempre legati indissolubilmente. Devo ringraziare i miei compagni di squadra per essere stati così speciali e per aver reso così indimenticabile questa stagione, sono stato sempre benissimo e mi mancheranno i nostri momenti insieme. E per quanto riguarda coach Crespi, non ho parole per dirti quanto ho apprezzato tutto quello che hai fatto per me in campo e fuori. Mi hai insegnato lezioni che terrò a mente per sempre fino alla fine della mia carriera. Dallo staff tecnico fino ai media, quest'anno tutti avete giocato un ruolo importante a supporto di Casale, perciò voglio ringraziare anche voi dal profondo del cuore. Tutti siete stati così importanti per me, non dimenticherò mai la mia esperienza a Casale, grazie a tutti per il vostro sostegno".
