BC Enisey parted ways with Dominic Waters, Tony Taylor will replace him

Taylor already played in Russia last season

Russian side BC Enisey announced that point-guard Dominic Waters left the team because he didn't pass his physical tests. Waters will be replaced by Tony Taylor, who already played with the team last season. Taylor finished last year with Strasbourg in France.
