Hapoel Tel Aviv signs Richard Howell to a two-year deal

Hapoel Tel Aviv announced the signing of Richard Howell for the next two years.
The big man averaged 15.5 points, 9.7 rebounds, 1.8 assist and 1.5 blocks per game with Ironi Nahariya.
