Il CSKA Mosca, grande favorito anche per le Final Four di Euroleague, ha portato a casa la VTB United League sconfiggendo in finale l'Unics Kazan con il punteggio di 74-62. Decisivo l'ultimo quarto in cui i russi hanno fatto la differenza vincendo 21-13. Per il CSKA grande prova di Darjus Lavrinovic che ha finito con 15 punti e 5 rimbalzi. Per Ramunas Siskauskas 12 punti ed 11 per Nenad Krstic. Male al tiro Andrei Kirilenko che ha segnato 9 punti con 2/9 dal campo e 0/5 da due. Per l'Unics Kazan 14 punti per Lynn Greer e 13 punti ed altrettanti rimbalzi per Nathan Jawai.
