Ike Diogu will join Suns camp

Former Arizona State star power forward Ike Diogu was added to the Suns' training camp roster.

Diogu will join training camp invitees Solomon Jones, Luke Zeller, Othyus Jeffers and Diante Garrett in competing for a roster spot during training camp this week in La Jolla, Calif. The Suns have 13 guaranteed contracts, meeting the NBA roster minimum, but Channing Frye's enlarged heart is expected to sideline him for the season, creating a likelihood that Phoenix will add one more player after this month's camp and preseason.
