Denver Nuggets rookie forward Tyler Lydon has undergone surgery on his left knee and will be sidelined for four months, as reported by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Lydon has played only one game with the Nuggets this season. He has spent the majority of this season in the NBA G League on assignment to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
