The NBA announced the rosters for the upcoming All-Star Game but decided not to release the order of the NBA All-Star Draft, which was made in private via conference call by captains LeBron James and Stephen Curry.
However, some rumors regarding the draft order have been emerging. While Kevin Durant confirmed last night that he was selected first overall by LeBron James, TNT's Rosalyn Gold-Onwude reported that Giannis Antetokounmpo went 2nd for Team Stephen.
According to The Athletic, LeBron James selected Anthony Davis with the No. 3 overall pick for the starters. In the round of the reserves, Stephen Curry picked Klay Thompson with the first selection, whereas James got Russell Westbrook with his first pick.
