Vince Carter wants to be a Raptor again: It’ll happen, I’m sure
Carter on why he chose to sign with the Kings over chasing a ring: “I still want to play, I still want to compete, I still want to get out on the floor
Vince Carter is confident that he will be a Raptor again before his career ends.
“It’ll happen, I’m sure. Somehow. Whether it’s one day or something. It will happen. It’s supposed to happen, I think” Carter told Michal Grange after the Kings’ loss to Toronto.
The experienced forward also explained why he chose to sign with the Kings over chasing a ring: “I still want to play, I still want to compete, I still want to get out on the floor. That’s not guaranteed obviously on some of those elite teams and I’m just not ready for that” he said, as reported by Josh Lewenberg.
