As reported by Eddie Sefko, the Dallas Mavericks are likely to keep their first-round pick in the upcoming draft instead of trading it for a veteran player. Mavericks' management is heading to Europe in the next few days to scout a couple of prospects, including French point guard Frank Ntilikina.
