Yogi Ferrell: Nets didn't like me and got rid of me. I came to Dallas and they loved me
Ferrell has been signed by the Mavs to a two-year deal
Yogi Ferrell signed two contracts with the Nets early this season and both times Brooklyn waived him.
After his experience with the Nets, Ferrell returned to the NBA D-League and was called up by the Mavs which signed him to a two-year contract while he was in the middle of his first 10-day deal.
“You only need one team to fall in love with you. Brooklyn didn’t like me, so they got rid of me. I came to Dallas and they love me. So I’m glad it worked out here” Ferrell told Eddie Sefko.
