Jazz PF Derrick Favors to miss an extended period of time?
Knee problem for the forward
Derrick Favors of the Jazz will miss tonight’s game against the Bulls but he can be sidelined for an extended period of time.
Per ESPN, An MRI performed Wednesday confirmed a bone contusion in Jazz PF Derrick Favors’ left knee, the team announced. He is out Thursday against the Bulls and could miss an extended period due to the knee, which has been problematic since the preseason. “Rest is the main thing and then treatment to the extent that he can do it, whatever that entails,” coach Quin Snyder said. “Then hopefully in time he gets better.”
