Gary Payton II's deal with the Rockets is guaranteed

Rockets now have 15 guaranteed contracts

As reported by Eric Pincus of BasketballInsiders, the deal signed by rookie Gary Payton II with the Rockets is fully guaranteed, giving 15 guaranteed deals to the team. Motiejunas' situation is still up in the air, the player is a restricted free-agent but hasn't found an agreement for a new contract so far.
