Last Night during the first game of the Pacers vs. Raptors, "The Raptor" (as they call him) decided to have a little fun on the court.
During halftime, the Toronto Raptors' mascot donned a flannel, a snapback, a white tee, blue jeans and some blonde bangs, aka Justin Bieber's uniform, and danced around with a bunch of models to the Canadian singer's hit "What Do You Mean" while lip-synching (well, lip-synching as much as one wearing a dinosaur costume can, given the lack of moving mouth).
