Arron Afflalo won't play in Knicks pre-season opener tomorrow

As reported by Jonah Ballow, Knicks guard Arron Afflalo won't play in pre-season opener tomorrow night. Derek Fisher said that Robin Lopez, Carmelo Anthony and Jose Calderon will surely start, still unclear who will start at SG e PF position.
Afflalo is out for tomorrow’s preseason game at MSG. Fisher expects Calderon, Melo, & Lopez to start. Porzingis & the SG not confirmed yet.
