NBA
The game in Chicago between Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers will open the 2015-2016 NBA season on October 27.
The same night the Golden State Warriors will host the New Orleans Pelicans (and get their rings) while the Hawks will play in Atlanta against the Pistons.

On October 28 the Thunder will host the Spurs while the Clippers will host the Mavericks on October 29.

On November 11, the Clippers of DeAndre Jordan will play in Dallas. The same night LaMarcus Aldridge will play in Portland for the first time with his Spurs.

Per SI, Christmas Day highlights five nationally-broadcasted games: Pelicans at Heat (ESPN), Bulls at Thunder (ABC), and the Cavaliers at the Warriors (ABC) in an NBA Finals rematch. The night games are Spurs at Rockets (ESPN) and Lakers at Clippers (ESPN), to conclude the league's customary all-day showcase.

Martin Luther King Day will feature four nationally televised matchups: Pelicans at Grizzlies, Magic at Hawks, Warriors at Cavaliers and Rockets at Clippers.

The NBA has reduced stretches of four games in five nights (70 to 27) and back-to-back games to all-time lows. Four-in-fives have been cut to an average of less than one per team.
