The rookie was also in talks to start pro basketball in Italy with Pesaro

Shawn Jones signed a non-guaranteed deal with the Miami Heat.
The rookie ended his college career with Middle Tennessee State and played the NBA Summer League with the Clippers.
Jones was in talks with Vuelle Pesaro of Italian Serie A.
